Shipping policy
I ship worldwide via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Orders are packed up and shipped from my Portland, OR studio within 3-5 business days.
* DOMESTIC ORDERS shipped within the US usually take 3-10 business days for delivery.
* INTERNATIONAL ORDERS can take anywhere between 2-5 weeks for delivery. Please note that international customers are responsible for all import and customs charges/taxes. Also note that I am unable to track International orders once they have left the US. Packages delivered to erroneous addresses, as a result of mis-entered information, are not the responsibility of the seller. Refunds are not available for packages delivered to erroneous addresses.
* ALL ORDERS will be sent to the address shown on the order confirmation. Please insure your address is correct and current on your order. Misdirected mail, as a result of customer error, will be redirected upon return. Customers are responsible for re-shipment postage costs. Packages delivered to erroneous addresses, as a result of mis-entered information, are not the responsibility of the seller.
* SHIPPING METHODS available to domestic customers vary depending on the order; however all items are available for First Class Mail, and Priority Mail. International customers are able to select First Class Mail or Priority Mail upon checkout.
*** The only exception is for orders of 1 single sticker pack - which have the option to ship without tracking, keeping postage costs down. Please note that this selected shipping method is untraceable and can be delayed, especially for international customers. Please let me know if you're unable to see your preferred shipping method upon checkout!
